BEIJING'S FAMOUS PEKING DUCK


After it has been spiced rubbed, hung to air dry, and fired roasted this delicious duck is meticulously carved into 120 perfect pieces tableside.

I learnt how to prepare and carved the duck. Can't wait to try this at home!
