Another reason to love Asia! Healthy Living...Nha Trang

The Spas!!! Get Muddy! Unlike the West where spas are synonymous with luxury and saved for special occasions due to high cost, in the East they are everyday healthy living practices.

Bake!

Rinse!

Soak in mineral rich water! Afterwards, you go inside and have a 1 hour massage. It is heaven!!! Total cost: 10 USD

WORLD TREKKING 101

Planning: Reading, net surfing, making local friends

Tasting the local cuisine: Restaurants, homes, street food is my favourite, and culinary classes.

Getting Around: Sightseeing, photography, getting around efficiently...I have ZERO navigation sense so it makes sense to get a driver/guide. I also never know the dates or times, so they help me stay on track. I just give them a map with all the places of interest circled, take a phrasebook and my adventurous spirit and Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!

Energy! I take mini-naps, EVERYWHERE!!!
